Not completely satisfied with your product purchased from Valiacoshop.com? Your satisfaction is very important to us! After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return it even if you used it!

For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. There are no restocking fees. 

For exchanges, we will gladly replace your item with another of your choice from our store, with any applicable cost adjustment as required.

Valia Co. LLC is not responsible for the cost of return shipping charges for any return.

We always advise using a carrier that can provide tracking information.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 5 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
